  1. My name is Eric Williamson and I lead a group this summer to Latvia to do a Christian camp for orphans. We met Irena at Camp Ganchuaskas and then at the Likumi orphanage where she is from. She was very excited about her adoption and we have been excited for her. I know that God has a plan for her! Her Father has been watching over her this whole time! 1 John 3:1

  3. Abbie says, "Congratulations! Welcome to the family! We can't wait to see you!" Josie says " I love you so much! I am glad we get to meet you! I am glad you are my cousin!" Becca wants to teach you the Barney song and says you are pretty. Tess says "hello! And "minka minka" (her own language, but is a term of great endearment). Scott is already at school, but is also praising the Lord and says Latvia reminds him greatly of Ukraine. Love to all! Wish we could be there, but happy you have this special time together as a family of 6. Welcome to the club!!!

  6. Hello, I'm Ed Gawlas. I was one of the Counselors who went with Eric Williamson. This is exciting news. All of us who went to the Likumi orphanage were excited with Irena's news. I am speechless with joy for your family. Irena was a blessing for our mission trip, and I know that she will be for you as well. A nicer thing couldn't happen to a better person. Congratulations to all of you!

  7. Hi, My name is Cindy Megee and I adopted sisters from Likumi in 2009. I love your pictures of the place. I was wondering if you could email them to me at Ronckmeg@aol.com so that I can have them for my daughters. Their names while at the orphanage were Inga and Kristine Jaudzema. Kristine is the dark haired girl on the left in your group pics of girls. Thank you so much! Cindy Megee
